LABORATORY TESTS
This is one of the basic diagnostic tests.
- Blood test: involves taking blood from an arm vein (less often from a finger) and analyzing its chemical composition.

CARDIOLOGICAL TESTS
This is a method of measuring blood pressure for one day. The monitoring device worn by the patient consists of a special cuff and a small recorder where data is recorded. The blood pressure cuff is inflated every 15 minutes. The test is non-invasive, the patient performs normal daily activities.

This is a method of measuring the ECG of the heart during the patient's unrestricted, many hours of activity. It allows for recording the continuous work of the heart for 24 hours or longer. The test does not interfere with the patient's daily activities and often shows a relationship between the reported symptoms and changes in the ECG. The probability of detecting heart rhythm disorders is much higher during the Holter ECG test than in the standard ECG.

IMAGING TESTS
This is a non-invasive and painless ultrasound examination. The use of the Doppler technique allows for the assessment of the efficiency of the deep veins. This allows for the diagnosis of whether the patient suffers from venous thrombosis.

OPHTHALMOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS
One of the basic ophthalmological tests. It allows for the assessment of the condition of the organ of vision (the vitreous body and the fundus of the eye, where the retina, blood vessels, optic disc, and macula can be assessed). It is performed using a speculum - an ophthalmoscope: the ophthalmologist directs a beam of light at the pupil, which, after passing through the lens and vitreous body, illuminates the fundus of the eye.
The test is usually performed using special short-acting drops that dilate the pupil. Their use may impair the ability to see clearly for several hours, so driving and operating machinery should be avoided.

A non-invasive test that allows for the detection of any visual field defects. It is performed using two methods: by projecting the retina onto the inner spherical surface (perimetry) and onto a flat surface (campimetry). It can be performed in two methods:
- using a vaginal probe (the bladder should then be completely emptied). The doctor inserts a gel-coated probe. The image appears on the monitor.
- through the abdominal wall. The doctor places the probe on the surface of the abdomen. This method of examination is mainly used in patients who have not yet started sexual intercourse.
During the examination, the doctor assesses the thickness of the endometrium (the lining of the uterus at its thickest point), the position of the small pelvis, the body of the uterus and its shape, as well as the structure and size of the ovaries. During the examination, the patient remains in a lying position. Gynecological ultrasound is completely safe and painless.

One of the most commonly used diagnostic methods. It allows for the assessment of the condition of the abdominal cavity: liver, gallbladder and bile ducts, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, aorta and large vessels, bladder and prostate gland, uterus and adnexa. The examination is performed using a head (transmitter and receiver of ultrasonic waves) and a device that processes the received signals into an image. The examination requires preparation, the patient remains in a lying position during the examination.

This test allows you to assess the structure and structure of the breast and quickly detect any changes. It is completely safe and - unlike mammography - can be performed any number of times. It is performed using an ultrasound machine.
