In the network of modern NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" facilities, we provide both primary and specialist medical care in the Kobierzyce commune and in Wrocław. Our centers are attended by primary care physicians and specialists in various fields, and we also offer a wide range of diagnostic tests.

Electronic Prescriptions
Patients registered with NZOZ Twój Lekarz have the option of ordering prescriptions for medications recorded in their medical records that they take on a regular basis.

It's worth knowing
We provide healthcare services free of charge under an agreement with the National Health Fund, and for a fee – according to the price list applicable in our clinics.
The agreement with the National Health Fund covers, among other things, basic health care with the most important diagnostic tests, as well as rehabilitation procedures. The National Health Fund also finances consultations in the following specialist clinics: allergy, surgery, dermatology, gynaecology and obstetrics, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, mental health and rheumatology.

The clinic in Ślęza provides primary health care (PHC) services for children and adults, as well as collecting samples for laboratory tests.
Bielany Wrocławskie
The clinic in Bielany Wrocławskie provides comprehensive care for children and adults. There are 16 specialists in various fields on site, and the patient can take advantage of consultations and diagnostic tests. There is an ultrasound lab here.
