Your scope of responsibilities:

Comprehensive and professional patient service, including patient registration, preparation and issuance of medical documentation, referrals, and prescriptions.
Patient service in person, by telephone and by email in accordance with applicable facility standards.
Communicating with patients as needed to obtain missing medical information.
Actively offering commercial services to patients in a manner consistent with procedures and patient needs.
Maintaining the confidentiality of patient medical data and adhering to privacy policies.
Collaboration with the medical team, including doctors, nurses and other medical staff.
Ensuring proper archiving of medical documents.
Compliance with current regulations and procedures related to medical registration, including regulations related to health insurance, taxes and legal requirements.
Support in the preparation of medical and statistical reports.

Our requirements:

At least secondary education (necessary condition),
Knowledge of the basic principles of operation of the healthcare system (NFZ) and willingness to learn commercial offers.
Experience in customer service and sales of services (including medical services is welcome).
Driving license category B (valid).
Proficient computer skills (including Word, Excel) and office equipment.
Commitment to performing assigned duties, accuracy, self-control.
Willingness to adopt applicable rules regarding professional image.
Independence and responsibility in performing tasks and organizational skills.
