69.6 % – this is the current percentage of Kobierzyce commune residents fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This result has propelled the commune up two places in the national vaccination ranking, currently ranking 27th. For months, Kobierzyce has been at the top of the ranking in Lower Silesia, second only to the city of Wrocław.

Very good ratings are no coincidence. Since August 2021, the Saturday vaccination campaign has been underway under the slogan ZA#ACCAPSULATED CARPETSThe local government is running a campaign promoting the fight against COVID-19 in collaboration with medical professionals from the NZOZ Twój Lekarz (Your Doctor Public Healthcare Center). Recently, the campaign was expanded. On the first three Saturdays of February, nearly 400 people.

Experts emphasize that vaccination is the only effective method to minimize the risk of serious illness and serious complications. Doctors add that it is crucial to receive a booster dose, which increases antibody levels and protects against illness caused by the currently dominant omicron variant.

The next installment of the campaign ZA#ACCAPSULATED CARPETS scheduled for February 27As in previous editions, patients will be seen from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Your Doctor Clinic in Kobierzyce. Nearly 80 people have registered for Saturday's vaccinations so far.
