Urology clinic on the National Health Fund

Dear patients, thanks to the efforts of NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" since December 2015, we managed to contract a urology clinic with the National Health Fund. The clinic provides free services for insured patients. The patients are cared for by urology specialist Waldemar Bonczar. In order to use the urology clinic, a referral is required. The clinic operates in a facility in Bielany Wrocławskie at ul. Wrocławska 24a/1. We invite you.
