YOUR DOCTOR EXPRESS - REMOTE MEDICAL ADVICE ON THE DAY OF REGISTRATION!

More and more patients use the simplified path of consultations with family doctors as part of the service Your Express Doctor. Statistics show that at least a quarter of people who register by phone need a referral, certificate or remote advice, and not necessarily a personal visit to the clinic. Is teleconsultation possible on the National Health Fund? - this is one of the most frequently asked questions answered by the staff HELPLINE on the web NZOZ Your Doctor

A simplified and patient-friendly procedure for remote consultations with family doctors is particularly helpful during periods of seasonal increase in viral infections. It allows us to minimize contact with sick people waiting in clinics for personal visits. Obtaining a referral, extending sick leave, or a prescription are matters that each patient can handle without leaving home.

How does Your Physician Express work?

It all starts during telephone or online registration. By choosing the simplified consultation path, the patient undergoes a full medical interview, which is the basis for further treatment.

Each case is different, so the procedure may involve:

– conducting a teleconsultation,

– invitations for a personal visit,

– recommendations for further treatment,

– issuing prescriptions,

– extension of leave.

Your Express Doctor is a remote consultation on National Health Fund, on the day of registration. We encourage you to register online at www.twojlekarz.net The Your Doctor Express service is the first item on the list of clinics in the registration system. Telephone registration from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 18:00, at the number 71 715 80 00.
