Twój zakres obowiązków

• Kompleksowa i profesjonalna obsługa pacjentów, w tym m.in. rejestracja pacjentów, przygotowywanie i wydawanie dokumentacji medycznej, skierowań, recept.
• Obsługa pacjenta osobiście, telefonicznie i mailowo zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami placówki.
• Komunikacja z pacjentami w razie potrzeby w celu uzyskania brakujących informacji medycznych.
• Aktywne proponowanie pacjentom usług komercyjnych w sposób zgodny z procedurami i potrzebami pacjenta.
• Dbanie o poufność danych medycznych pacjentów i przestrzeganie zasad dotyczących ochrony prywatności.
• Współpraca z zespołem medycznym, w tym lekarzami, pielęgniarkami i innymi pracownikami medycznymi.
• Zapewnienie prawidłowej archiwizacji dokumentów medycznych.

• Wykształcenie min. średnie (warunek konieczny),
