EASIER ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE IN WROCŁAW'S MUCHOBOR!

September 27 a new network clinic will be opened NZOZ Your Doctor on the street Gagarin 110 in Wrocław. The new medical centre will take over the functions of the previous Twój Lekarz na Muchoborze clinic, operating at 37A Kunickiego Street. This is a response to the dynamic development of this part of the city. The clinic will provide services Primary Health Care with refund National Health Fund and commercial specialist advice.
"New housing estates, where more and more families with small children are moving, need not only shops and service points, but also kindergartens, schools and health care at the highest level.” – emphasizes the head of the Twój Lekarz network, Mariola Madler – Litera.
"It was with the youngest generation in mind that we established EARLY CHILD CARE TEAM, which is intended to provide support to the parents of our youngest Patients” – adds the doctor. Clinics included in the Team, such as CHILDREN'S REHABILITATION, Whether LACTATION CLINIC will be located in the Clinic at 110 Gagarina Street. The facility will also join the network of COVID-19 vaccination points run by NZOZ Twój Lekarz.
The new medical center has six offices, a spacious waiting room and a large parking lot. The location on the main street is also significant, thanks to which patients can easily get to the new facility.
The conversation touches on a key aspect of family medicine: the physician's role in health education and collaborative planning of next steps. The program doesn't end with diagnosis. Its goal is to create an individualized health plan and provide real support to the patient in changing their lifestyle.
The discussion focuses on the practical aspects of participating in the program – from the first step, choosing a primary care facility, through completing the questionnaire, to interpreting test results and the role of the family doctor. Particular emphasis is placed on the importance of cardiovascular disease prevention and the role of lifestyle in reducing health risks.
