NZOZ Your Doctor is preparing for vaccination against COVID-19.As a healthcare facility, we have declared our participation in the National Immunization Program. The National Health Fund (NFZ) has just published the official list of facilities where you can receive the vaccine. The list includes six of our clinics that we have registered for the program.

NZOZ Twój Lekarz patients will be able to use vaccination points in Kobierzyce, Ślęza and Tyniec Mały and in Wrocław at Zwycięska, Skarbowców and Kunickiego.

On Friday January 15th  Registration for COVID-19 vaccinations for seniors over 80 years of age has begun.

On Friday January 22nd Registration will be opened for people over 70 years of age.

Seniors can register for vaccinations in the following ways:

– electronically via the Online Patient Account,

– via the national hotline – 989,

– in the NZOZ Your Doctor number 71 311 12 36 ext. „0”.

All information about vaccinations against the SARS-CoV-2 virus is available at: www.gov.pl/szczepimysie .There too, via a special form People aged 18 to 69 may declare their willingness to receive the vaccine: https://szczepimysie.pacjent.gov.pl/  Based on these reports, e-referrals for vaccinations will be issued.
