Delayed delivery of vaccines against COVID-19 is now reaching the NZOZ Your Doctor vaccination points! This means that from Wednesday, February 3 the vaccination campaign planned for this week will continue.Patients who were registered for Monday and Tuesday have already received information about the new date" - he assures Kamila Kosinska Coordinator of the Registration Team of NZOZ Your Physician.
Six Your Doctor vaccination centers are slated to vaccinate 180 people this week. Registered individuals should remember to arrive at the designated location on the designated day and time. Please bring an ID card, preferably your national ID card. Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire, which is the first step in qualifying for the vaccine.
Residents of Kiełczów and the entire Długołęka Commune will soon have access to a new clinic in the NZOZ Twój Lekarz network. The facility at 11/18 Mleczna Street will open on Wednesday, April 22nd, and from that date, it will accept patients under the National Health Fund's Primary Health Care and Coordinated Care programs.
