Municipal Harvest Festival in Kobierzyce It's an opportunity for fun, of course, but also, as is tradition, for discussions about health. On Saturday and Sunday, August 22nd and 23rd, the NZOZ Twój Lekarz team will meet with residents to combine the celebration with preventative care and health education. Our annual presence at the harvest festival is one example of our network's involvement in the local community and an opportunity to share important medical information in a friendly, holiday atmosphere.
Two programs worth knowing
This year, specialists will focus on two preventive programs. Residents of the Kobierzyce Commune aged 50 and over will learn how to take advantage of free rehabilitation services, designed for people with spine, joint, and limb pain, injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders, among other things. Another important topic will be the prevention of tick-borne diseases, implemented by NZOZ Twój Lekarz (Your Doctor), in cooperation with the Wrocław County. Medical tents will provide information on the program's participation rules, medical consultations, and diagnostics performed according to specialist recommendations.
Super Doctor invites the youngest
The Harvest Festival is also a time for family fun, so the Super Doctor, a mascot well-known to the youngest residents of the Kobierzyce Commune, will be there. On Saturday, children can enjoy face painting, and on Sunday, they can record a commemorative video with their families in the PHOTO BOOTH 360. The Super Doctor will accompany event participants, encourage conversations about health, and remind them that good health habits can be learned through play.
Sunday with radio energy and podcasts
On Sunday, we invite you to join us in the fun Lukasz Basta, a well-known and popular presenter, music journalist and creator of the new Wrocław radio station DEWURADIO. He will present new series medical podcasts prepared by Your Doctor Health Promotion Foundation. This will be an opportunity to learn more about topics of conversation with specialists, and to see that prevention can be discussed in an engaging way, without medical jargon. Join us for some health-focused fun!
