This solution allows you to combine the care of a primary care physician, cardiology consultations and diagnostics in one place and within one treatment path.

• atrial fibrillation and other heart rhythm disturbances.

How to use it?

Enough submit a declaration to the primary care physician at one of the NZOZ Twój Lekarz clinics. A single declaration allows you to use the entire network of facilities and the Coordinated Care Program implemented under the National Health Fund.
