Health is a priceless treasure, and improper preparation for a vacation can be dangerous to it. In the latest podcast series WHAT DOES YOUR DOCTOR SAY?, Dr. Marcin Roszkowski, a family medicine specialist, advises how to plan a holiday trip well and how to enjoy the joys of summer in a healthy and safe way.

The series of advisory broadcasts is a joint campaign of the Health Promotion Foundation and the medical network Your Doctor. In the first episode, we learned proven ways to complete a vacation first aid kit and deal with motion sickness while traveling. In the next, we will learn how to protect the skin from the dangerous effects of excessive sunbathing.

The premiere broadcasts will be presented on successive Wednesdays in June. Dr. Marcin Roszkowski will talk about, among other things, how to deal with insect bites and stings and what to do to control food poisoning on vacation.
