HEALTHY AND SAFE VACATION WITH A SUPER DOCTOR

Summer vacation is a special time when we take a break from the routine of the school year and can enjoy the outdoors more than usual. Sunny days encourage hiking and swimming, and are perfect for trips to the forest.

As you enjoy the joys of summer, it's worth remembering the basic rules that will make your vacation not only enjoyable but also healthy and safe. A collection of such tips has been prepared by GREAT DOCTOR, who will soon visit the participants of the summer camps organized by Kobierzyce Cultural Center.

A mascot liked by the youngest NZOZ Your Doctor will meet with the summer campers in Kobierzyce, Ślęza and Tyniec Mały June 29, July 6, and July 13. The visits will be an opportunity to have fun together and talk about healthy and safe ways to spend your free time.
