Health is the most precious gift – also from Santa Claus. That is why on Wednesday December 6th his assistant will be GREAT DOCTOR!Mascot NZOZ Your Doctor can be found from 12:00 to 16:00 in the Wrocław housing estates where the network's clinics are located - in Jagodno, Ołtaszyn, Krzyki and Muchobór.
The visit will be a great opportunity to encourage parents of the youngest patients to take care of their health, especially the correct posture. NZOZ Twój Lekarz participates in a special program FOOT EXAMINATIONS IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS. The tests, which aim to detect posture defects early, are free and do not require a referral. They are intended for patients aged 5 to 16.
In this episode of WHAT YOUR DOCTOR SAYS, we discuss contraindications to physical activity, the optimal type of training for the heart, the importance of sleep and recovery, and the impact of stress and stimulants on the circulatory system. The discussion is based on a cardiologist's clinical experience and addresses patients' daily health decisions.
