The approaching Valentine's Day makes many people nervously search for a gift for their "other half". Sabina Derda, a Wrocław trainer and titled bodybuilding competitor in the bikini fitness category, another heroine of the action YOUR DOCTOR and FRIENDS, has a good idea for a Valentine's Day surprise.

So what is the best gift to give to a loved one??

"A Valentine's Day heart should be healthy first and foremost, which is why a great gift is being in good shape and improving your well-being, which is weakened by winter. Joint training is a way to strengthen relationships and motivate each other to be active."– says the European Champion and Vice-World Champion of the IBFF&WPF federation in the 2018 bikini fitness category.

Sabina Derda has been combining her sports career with her work as a personal trainer and licensed fitness instructor in Wrocław for 14 years. Her specialties include strength and functional training, stretching, and dance classes. In addition to all forms of physical activity, she is also a promoter of a healthy lifestyle.

"The first step towards improving your physical condition could be a Valentine's Day walk for two, because it is certainly healthier than lying on the couch and watching another romantic comedy" – jokes the Wrocław champion. She adds that more advanced forms of activity should be practiced under the supervision of a specialist to adjust the training to individual needs. For all those who intend to improve their fitness for Valentine's Day, the trainer has prepared a set of exercises:

  1. Simple workout for back pain
  2. A set of exercises for hip problems
