WORLD HEART DAY

We celebrate World Heart Day every year on the last Sunday of September to remind people how important prevention and taking care of the circulatory system are.

How to take care of your heart?

🔹 Choose a diet rich in fish, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts and healthy oils.

🔹 Get moving! 30 minutes of physical activity, 5 times a week, is all it takes.

🔹 Avoid smoking and alcohol – there is no safe dose.

🔹 Have your blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels checked regularly.

🔹 Keep calm – stress is also the enemy of the heart.

Remember that the simplest habits have a huge impact on heart health.

Take care of them every day, not just on special occasions!
